I grew up in Purcellville, Virginia, and kept busy playing soccer, reading books, and hiking with my twin sister.

The Beginnings

At 11 years old, I was gifted my first DLSR camera before a trip to Italy. I took it with me and became the homemade photographer for my Mom's small wedding. That experience was the first time I captured emotion in a preserved photo, and I have been hooked ever since.

College and Professional Life

My adventures led me to William & Mary, where I studied Digital and Creative Production and graduated in December 2024.

During my studies, I improved my photography skills and discovered a love for videography. I worked at the Reeder Media Center and gained hands-on knowledge of diverse camera equipment and quality editing software.

I spent my extracurricular time participating in more than 5 student-run film productions.

I started Ashley Warfield Photo & Video in 2022 by doing shoots for friends and personal connections. Since then, I have grown my marketing skills and network outreach so that I can provide services to the Greater Williamsburg area.
